Korean Toasted Sesame & Pear Marinated Short Ribs

So I decided to use this Paleo Korean Toasted Sesame and Pear Sauce as a marinade… Using the remainder of my Korean sauce to flavor these pork short ribs…



After 2 hours of marinating with 1 cup of the Korean sauce…



Grilling is next. Then shredding off the bones and making lettuce tacos with (secret) fixings…



Fermented hot pepper cucumber relish.



Grilled and served with Boston lettuce and hot pepper relish.
