I just discovered your website this past weekend and so far we have had one of your recipes every night for dinner. I’ve made the hamburger meatloaf, chorizo and kale soup and the pulled pork. All three were amazing (although I can’t help but think how awesome it would have been to mop up the soup broth with some crusty, buttery French bread, *sigh*) This recipe will be made tomorrow and I can’t wait. I LOVE lamb! Thank you guys for making such simple, delicious recipes. One turn off in the past for me has been the extensive ingredients involved with paleo cooking (despite my stellar skills in the kitchen, who has time for all that).
