Tools needed:
- 4-Quart Crock Pot, 6-quart for a double batch.
Ingredients:
- Half a gallon (8 cups) of apple cider.
- 2 organic cinnamon sticks.
- The rind and juice of one medium orange.
- 1/2 teaspoon of organic whole cloves.
- 1 Tbsp organic raw honey (my favorite? Gold Bee)
How you make it:
- Dump your half gallon into your Crock Pot.
- Juice your orange into your cider. Cut rind into strips, toss them in as well.
- Add in your cinnamon sticks, cloves, and honey. Stir well.
- Cook on High for up to 3 hours, then switch to warming mode. Enjoy!
